Group A

Just add not after the first element of the verb group.
He will come. ==> He will not come.
She can come. ==> She can not come.

Group B

The same method.

He is coming. ==> He is not coming.

Group C

Just the same.
He has played tennis. ==> He has not played tennis.
He has been playing tennis. ==> He has not been playing tennis.

Group D
