Training is for dogs, AI model/machines, and people who have grokked Learning ( Once you understand Learning, you can take Training).
Learning always implies Transfer (from one context to other contexts). If you can use some thing only in one context, that is Training, not Learning.
Learning always requires strategy, money savvy and social savvy.
Maybe there are some very deep, tough, complicated kinds of Learning. We leave them to other Learners and Educators. Thanks.
