80% of Critical Thinking in 1 Hour
1 • Why do companies hate workers without critical thinking?
Answer (See/Hide)
✓
In short, such people help a company die faster.
In ancient kingdoms, king's sons usually got most expensive degrees and certs. But if they lacked judgement, reasoning, rationality, ability to think through, to think straight, they couldn't become the next king!
2 • Why do you hate "normal" critical thinking courses?
Answer (See/Hide)
✓
In short, such "normal" courses help people die/fail faster.
They are more like parade drills. Not fit for blood-shedding battles of Life / Workplace!
Worse, unlike parade drills, they are difficult, with stats, math, graphs and Greek/Latin terms and symbols.
3 • How can you make a critical thinking course so short?
Answer (See/Hide)
✓
1. Margert Thatcher, former Prime Minister of UK, was a daughter of an owner of a street store. She and many experts know that running a country is not that different from running such a store. Things can be simple. Google and verify for your self. ;-)
2. Ram Charan, the great business consultant, knew that a street seller in Brazil can have business acumen as good as that of the CEOs of multi-billion companies. Google and verify for your self. ;-)
We can simplify anything without losing essence.
4 • Why don't you begin with "fallacies," "biases," "pitfalls," or stuffs that can go horribly wrong?
Answer (See/Hide)
✓
1. Frightening customers is good money. But we prefer compassion! ;-)
2. Sloan, legendary CEO of General Motors, told young Peter Drucker, father of management, "Show us what is ideal. Hundreds of guys in GM know how to make compromise."
You must see the good, the working, the ideal first. Then, you can easily spot whatever deviates from this.
If you reverse the order, your suffer. Knowing all the ways a car engine can go wrong, doesn't help you in maintaining a car engine in good shape.
5 • OK, just begin your lesson!

A female friend, Lady, asks for you advice whether she should date a guy, Guy.
How would you usually think through this? Assume an ideal situation with ideal conditions.
FIRST, ideally: there are just a small number of factors: (Let me list those factors impatiently)
1. Love each other sincerely?
2. Can support her financially?
3. Good character?
4. compatible race-wise?
5. compatible religion-wise ?
6. compatible age-wise?
7. compatible personality-wise?
We listed points very fast and impatiently. Our order/ranking may be wrong. That's still ok. Just 7 items can judge a good match or not.
SECOND, ideally: Guy is honest, open and straightforward with Lady. So she quickly, easily gets data to answer your questions.
Or Guy is your close friend, and so you already have data to answer your own questions on her behalf.
You see:
No pie charts, bar charts, line graphs.
No study of Persuasion, Influence techniques. No study of Rhetoric in Greek/Latin terms.
No t-distribution, z-distribution, chi-square and no advanced stats.
No Taylor series, no Laplace transforms, no numerical integration.
No misinformation, no propaganda, no snake-oil sales spiels.
But Life / Workplace is never ideal. And you'll encounter all those unpleasant stuffs. We deal with them in the sections below. Thanks.
